For today’s blog, I’m going to do something different. I have some favourite blogs out there, but I’m going to do another idea I have wanted to do for a while. I’m going to give you my favourite YouTube channels.
I love YouTube and have spent many days going down different rabbit holes on the platform. I can’t get enough of it, whether watching a top 10 list or watching my favourite vlogs.
Without further ado, here is the list:
- Casey Neistat
This man is the blueprint for the modern vlogger. I was introduced to him through a university class and have been a fan ever since. Casey started as a filmmaker and had a show with his brother Van on HBO. He started doing a daily vlogs on the platform. Casey’s video’s follow a the 3 act structure, and he is very successful at it. The other thing that works in his favour is that he lives in New York City, and having that as as a costar in the vlogs really helps.
2. Watch MoJo
I discovered the Watch MoJo YouTube channel by accident one day. After a having a long and horrible night shift, I woke the next morning trying to find One Punch Man. Instead, I came across a top 10 list about comeback songs, and from there I got hooked. They cover all things, from tv shows, to music and also conspiracy theories. Be warned though, once start you may be watching for hours.
3. Ryan Serhant
Ryan Sherant oozes positity. Seriously, when you watch one of his vlogs, you can’t help but smile. Just like the Watch MoJo channel, I came across Ryan’s by accident. He starred in one of Casey Neistat’s videos. He moved from Colarado to New York to be an actor. When that didn’t work, he moved into real estate and hustled his way to where he is now. Being the principal of his own real estate company, he has expanded in media, mainly on YouTube though, because you can make serious bank on the platform.
4. Architectual Digest
For some reason, I love watching house tours. These are just your basic 3 bedroom, two bathroom kind of open house tours. These houses are pretty extravagant, cost millions of dollars and have some crazy features as well. One of my favourites is a $5 million dollar floating mansion. The channel is worth checking out though, cause you get a peek inside celebrity homes as well.
5. Mr. Beast
How would someone describe Mr. Beast? The best way I think, is to call him a YouTube Philantropist. I know some people don’t like him, because he is a create that doesn’t have talent. I disagree with that, he has the talent of making people happy, and he brings his friends along for the ride. From giving money to the homeless, to giving someone an island, his video’s are very entertaining and worth watching.
I hope you enjoyed putting my own spin on today’s theme, It’s a list I have wanted to do before but have been kind of afraid to it. Anyway, take care peeps.
