Embracing The Hate

The 2026 Grand Final was a big one for me. The Roosters hadn’t been to the big dance since 2019, and plenty of people backed the Knights to do it. I’ve put up with plenty being a Roosters fan. I get it; you think they are cheating the salary cap. You go on and on […]

Why I won’t watch past Season 1 of 13 Reasons Why

Warning: This article contains suicide and self-harm, which may be distressing to some readers. In 2017, I was struggling. I was pining for someone I had fallen in love with during the new year, and I had decided to defer university for six months while fighting to see my daughter. I didn’t know what I […]

Just Write

Now and then, I like to get real here on my website. This is going to be one of those times. One of my favourite things to do is write. It wasn’t until well after I left school that I realised how much I actually loved it. I was never a great student, and even […]

Rewinding to 2000: Why Born to Do It still hits, 25 years later

Why I haven’t been posting much

After putting it off for some time, I started a YouTube channel centred around my love of food, as well as my occasional weightlifting (despite my appearance suggesting otherwise). The last month has been tough on Jen and I. I won’t go into too much detail as I lay it all out in the video […]

Men’s Health YouTube series set to hit 100th epsode

I love YouTube! I can’t remember if I have said that before or not. While at university and after waking up from an overnight shift, I would watch a top 10 list to start my day. I follow several YouTube channels, including vloggers and sports and media organisations. One of the channels that I follow […]
