What could you do differently?

I have made it to day seven, and I have enjoyed every post I have done.
For today’s question, there are a lot of things I could do differently but one stands out.
I have always had a problem with consistency and I’m not sure why. I think it may be because I can be quite lazy at times, well almost all of the time.
Growing up, I would flip between being a gym junkie and couch potato. Since I have had problems with my stomach, I’m more or a coach potato.
The other problem I have is my sleep pattern. I have never been a morning person, but after working many night shifts my sleep pattern was all over the shop, but since moving into journalism and getting a semi-normal but I still have my nights where I go to be late and get little sleep, I guess it is why I sleep so much on the weekends.
So, consistency is what I can do differently his year, and I plan on doing that.
