As Dana White says fight week blog week, so here I am getting my arse into gear and giving you guys some blogs. On a card that has been changed around a few times it now seems to one that will be very exciting. Just in case you have been living under a rock you would have heard about how Nick Diaz lost his shot by not showing up to press conferences to promote his title fight with Georges St-Pierre, and while it was good for the UFC to punsish him it was also good that they did not get rid of him from the card altogether because I think that the fight between him and B.J. will be one hell of a scrap.
