Fedor vs Henderson Predictions-Main Card

July 30 Strikeforce will be taking over the Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates  Illinois for a meeting of two Legends of the sport Fedor Emelianenko and Dan Henderson. The card also features a women’s championship bout with Marloes Coenen putting her title on the line against #1 contender Meisha Tate, and KO artists Paul Daley, Robbie Lawler and Scott Smith will also be on the card.

Scott Smith vs Tarec Saffiedine

We will see how well Scott Smith rebounds after his KO defeat to Paul Daley, but don’t count him out that is when he is at his most dangerous (just ask Pete Sell and Cung Le). Tarec is a very talented fighter and a win over Smith will move him up the ladder, but I not sure that he will handle the power Smith has in his hands. Smith by TKO

Paul Daley vs Tyron Woodley

We all know that Daley struggles against wrestlers but I think that this fight might be different. Woodley is a talented fighter and his wrestling is great but he hasn’t the experience that Daley has and I am sure he has not faced anyone who has Daley’s power. I would love to Woodley get the win but unfortunetly I see Daley adding another one in the win column. Daley by KO

Robbie Lawler vs Tim Kennedy

I would love nothing more then to fulfil the potential that he has but unfortunetly I’m not sure if he can win this. Lawler has so much power if he catches Kennedy its good night but Kennedy is a very smart fighter and with Greg Jackson in his corner he will definetly have a game plan ready for ‘Ruthless’. Kennnedy by submission.

Marleos Coenen vs Meisha Tate

Meisha stated at the press conference that she wants put a beating on Coenen that “the referee will fear for her (Coenens) life and stop the fight, in the words of the famous Al Borland from Home Improvement I don’t think so Tim. Coenen didn’t win the belt by fluke and unless she underestimates Meisha I don’t see her losing the belt. Coenen by submission

Fedor Emelianenko vs Dan Henderson

This is a very intriguing fight and one that I am excited for. Where to begin Fedor has lost his air of invincibility with consecutive defeats so a win here is a must because if he loses to a man who normally fights at Middleweight then he should consider retirement. Dan is the underdog and he deserves to be, he will have to be on his game come fight night otherwise the fight will end in a flash and we have seen fedor do it before. This really is a coin toss decision for me, but I think I will go Dan for the win I love going for the underdog and he will want to stamp his legacy in the fight game and what better person to do it over then the once invincible Russian. Henderso by split decision.

There you have guys I hope that enjoy the show and remember Aussie fans will have to wait till monday to watch the event on pay per view (sucks I know) and until next time take car
